Events Calendar

Total Room Block initial deposits becomes non-refundable after March 26, 2019.
Full payment of Total Room Nights is due on or before May 10, 2019 and failure to pay same may result in the loss of your entire Room Block.
After March 26, 2019, the initial deposit for additional nights or rooms added to the room block will be billed upon confirmation.
Final rooming list is due on or before May 24, 2019..
Meeting Space

As a valued FIME International Housing client, we can coordinate access to meeting space for your groups during AUA 2020. Your request for a meeting space through FIME IH will allow us to facilitate the approval process required by FIME on your behalf. You may contact your Meetings and Conventions Manager for more information or email specialevents@fime-igh.com.
